This celebration is an opportunity for the Archdiocese of Brisbane to
acknowledge and thank those who work, volunteer and support youth ministry.
Archbishop Mark Coleridge will be joining us for the dinner, presenting the Youth Leader Awards and sharing his own thanks to those who give
of the time and energy in youth ministry.
Tickets cost $30, includes a 2 course meal & drinks voucher.
We know the extraordinary effort youth leaders put into their work, and as a part of our celebration we want to recognise this passion and hard work through the Youth Leader Awards.
This year’s categories are:
Newcomer – Those who have recently stepped into ministry and have been doing an outstanding job in their new role whilst demonstrating faith and leadership in the community.
Innovation – For those who are being bold and creative, thinking outside the box and trying new things.
Supporter – The people who are behind the scenes supporting and championing youth ministry. May be the parish staff or leadership who are advocating for their young people, a parent who goes above and beyond or teachers and school staff who support their chaplains and youth minsters.
Outstanding Leadership – Those with advanced skills and qualities in youth ministry and have demonstrated exceptional leadership, inspiring those they lead in faith and making a powerful impact in their communities.
